We are currently seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Segal Waters Consulting team.This position will be located in Dallas or Washington, D.C.
The Senior Compensation Analyst works with a team of consultants and analysts to assist in developing solutions to total compensation challenges for our clients. Responsibilities may include:
markets studies to determine the competitiveness of pay programs and benefits packages;
job classification analysis and job description development;
quantitative and qualitative analysis of human resources policies and practices;
research and analysis related to HR best practices and trends in total compensation, performance management, and employee opinion surveys and focus groups.
Requirements for this position include:
A relevant undergraduate or advanced degree, preferably in Public Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field.
The position requires at least 3-5 years of experience (public sector human resources or compensation consulting preferred);
Experience with Microsoft suite software (significant experience with Microsoft Access preferred);
Strong skills in analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, creative problem solving, and the ability to work well in a time-critical environment.
