ZurickDavis is conducting a search for a Regional Director, Total Rewards in the Chicago area. The Regional Manager will lead Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS) for three hospitals, including an academic medical center. In addition, the Regional Manager will work collaboratively across the broader healthcare system to which these hospitals belong.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in either Business or Human Resources and bring at least five years of progressive management experience to this key position. S/he will be a mission driven leader who has held a similar role in another healthcare organization. Ideally, Masters prepared, the right candidate will bring expertise in Benefits and Compensation, and understand how to be successful in a complex and matrixed setting where building and sustaining relationships is the cornerstone of success. In addition, the selected candidate will be comfortable as part of a high performing, collaborative team whose shared mission is the provision of “measurably world class healthcare.”
