To support initiatives in Compensation, Benefits, and Pension Division (BPCB) that ensure the effectiveness of policies and guidelines on compensation and benefits for all ADB staff (i.e., International Staff (IS), National Staff (NS) and Administrative Staff (AS) in headquarters (HQ) and the field offices (FOs)). Work within general policies, principles and goals, working directly with clients.

The following staff positions may be supervised by the incumbent: o Administrative Staff o National Staff
Master's Degree, or equivalent, in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Social Sciences or related fields. University degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Actuarial Science, Social Sciences or related fields combined with specialized experience in similar organization/s, may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
At least 8 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits or related work, preferably with actuarial expertise and experience
International experience working in several countries
Credible expert in field of expertise with recognized ability to lead projects and to share relevant knowledge to benefit the broader ADB community
Significant expertise within a specific area or breadth across multiple areas with in-depth knowledge within one area
People and Leadership Skills
Supervise the performance of reporting staff, providing clear direction and regular monitoring and feedback on performance.
Act as a coach to develop the capabilities/potential of more junior colleagues
Ensure ongoing learning and development of reporting staff.
