IDG Corporate Human Resources seeks a bright, organized and motivated individual to join our team. Working with senior team members, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and administration of corporate-wide programs across both the Training and Compensation functions.
Administer annual merit review program
Participate in annual salary surveys
Evaluate positions using market data to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
Maintain company job descriptions
Coordinate professional development and management training programs
Communicate with internal trainers and external vendors
Market training offerings, monitor class enrollment, and evaluate course effectiveness.
Assist with the roll-out of the annual Employee Survey
Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in Compensation, Training or Human Resources
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Interest in, and aptitude for, working with data
Excellent computer skills with extensive Excel experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
Proven organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, but also comfortable working independently
Working knowledge of Human Resources processes, policies, and programs is a plus
Experience with PayFactors and/or UltiPro's Ultimate Software a plus
