Responsible for job documentation, job evaluation, compensation programs administration, preparation of communications/training materials, special projects and assist in training of all GPN compensation programs including US and GPN global regions. Researches, analyzes, develops and recommends compensation actions to current and future rewards programs and will be responsible for managing survey participation and completion on an annual basis.
Works with all levels of leaders within the GPN organization to document positions and market value; recommends structure placement and/or pay range and is responsible for equity and promotional increase recommendations
Assist in annual corporate bonus administration and makes recommendations for process and program improvements; works closely with HRIS / IT on the SAP system as it relates to bonus calculations/payouts
Monitors market competitive trends on a global basis in base pay and incentive compensation; identifies the organization's position against the market and makes compensation program recommendations (merit / off cycle budget, structure movement, etc.) based on findings.
Creates global compensation/total rewards communications and works with IT/HRIS on delivering communications via electronic resources
Analyzes internal and external compensation data and summarizes trends pertaining to total rewards data/programs (i.e. merit trends, promotional / market increase trends, etc.)
Prepares data and participates in market surveys; responsible for survey vendor management
Participates in the development and implementation of global compensation/total reward policies.
Assist in developing global compensation/total rewards training materials and works with L&D on delivering

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic information of the position
Knowledge of standard compensation principals and market pricing standards
Knowledge of incentive program design and administration
Intermediate / Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, If-Statements)
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Ability to run reports using HRIS system – SAP and ADP preferred
Ability to present findings in a logical and relatable way
Decision Making/ Problem Solving: Give at least 3 examples of the types of decisions this job will typically make without higher level approval.
Provide market pricing data recommendations to leader/manager
Provide pay analysis and recommendations
Review internal compensation data and report inequities against structure including base and incentives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or other related field with 1- 2 years of compensation experience or High School /GED diploma and 3 - 4 years of experience in a compensation analyst position with increasing responsibilities
Compensation experience for a CPG or manufacturing company preferred
CCP or PHR certification preferred
Global compensation / total rewards experience a plus
