Responsible for all Global Compensation to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, while adhering to the company’s over-arching compensation philosophy and strategic goals. Provide analytical expertise to Leadership, including guidance and interpretation of various compensation policies. Responsible for the project planning components relating to compensation program revision, development, and/or redesign.

Key Result #1 – Responsible for global market pricing activities regarding compensation program revision, development and/or redesign, to include the matching of internal positions to external data using standardized surveys for purposes of making recommendations to managers regarding base salary levels, contextualizing for domestic and international variables.
Key Result #2 – Assures internal equity of FH’s compensation programs through monitoring of business conditions, legal requirements, and understanding of best practices; as well as educating management in communication and evaluation.
Key Result #3 – Collaborates with all departments, including international offices, to ensure that the total compensation and rewards programs are complimentary and meet the unique needs of the organization in U.S. and international contexts.
