Under the general direction of the Compensation Manager, the Senior Compensation Analyst administers and implements compensation programs, initiatives and activities. Responsibilities include overall job analysis and evaluation, wage and salary programs, and merit and performance management programs.
Minimum Education: -BS in Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum Experience/Knowledge: -5 to 7 years of Healthcare Human Resources and/or administrative support experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and HRMS System. 5+ years of progressive compensation experience. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating with all levels of employee-administrative to staff. Critical thinking skills.
Required License/Certification: -HR Certification (SHRM) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred. -Fire and Safety Certification. If employee does not have card upon hire one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
