The HR Administrator is a hands-on role that provides full cycle HR administrative support for Trend Micro North America. The role is key in driving HR Shared Services functional excellence, process efficiency and high-touch customer experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in delivering a broad range of HR support; can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and can navigate ambiguity by applying foundation principles in HR.
Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, while complying with HR policies and regulations (multi-state and federal).
Manages employee data thru accurate data entry in HRIS / Peoplesoft for new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc.
Provides accurate pay data and employee information to Payroll Team.
Provides communication support regarding transfers, employment changes and personnel records.
Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc., including managing the exit process, creation of termination/severance packages, and exit documents.
Develops, maintains, monitors and analyzes various programs related to the employee experience (new hire process, exit process, surveys, etc.).
Partners with and provides support to HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders
Assists in the configuration and maintenance of HRIS to maximize usability and adoption.
Handles Verification of Employment (VOE) requests
Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in various functions in HR is a plus.
Working knowledge and use of Peoplesoft. Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suites – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated self-starter and self-manager.
Persistent follow through on assignments.
Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
Collaborative and flexible approach to all team duties and support.
