Can you support in this Sr. Compensation Analyst opportunity?
You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and/or administration of base pay, sales and other variable compensation programs to attract, motivate, and retain a talented, diverse, and committed workforce. You will research, draft and/or prepare recommendations to modify compensation policies and variable pay plan designs in accordance with the company’s reward strategy. The role requires analysis and evaluate job classifications, lead salary administration programs, submit and analyze compensation surveys, and prepare compensation models, proposals and budgets. You will lead and/or participate in designing salary structures and make recommendations for modifications to ensure market competitiveness. You will prepare and deliver guidance for all levels of management regarding compensation matters.

Qualifications & Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Finance, etc.) coupled with CCP and CSCP preferred along with 7 years applicable experience
Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and work with sensitive job and pay-related data.
Experience with sales plan concepts, design, and administration.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Advanced-level MS-Excel skills, including but not limited to the ability to create macros, write nested and complex formulas, charting/graphing, etc.
Strong analytical and logical thinking competencies
Proficiency with MS-Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated project leadership skills.
Demonstrated strong planning, organizational and execution skills.
