The Global Compensation & Mobility Specialist will coordinate and administer internal special incentive based programs, regulatory reporting disclosures, equity administration and support various executive and global compensation processes. In addition, the Specialist will serve as the primary contact for all global mobility programs that will involve handling inbound and outbound moves, internal transfers and new hires, providing consultation to the regions and seeing all relocation's through from start to finish.
Lead the execution and documentation of the annual CD&A disclosure
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the external vendor for our equity grant database, reconcile all activity and coordinate special events with Legal and the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation & Global Mobility
Lead and/or support executive compensation marketing pricing, analysis and recommendations – to strengthen alignment to our total cash compensation philosophy
Contribute ideas to improve programs, policies and administration of compensation processes to accelerate business outcomes
Lead and/or support other global compensation projects and processes (i.e. Comp Dashboard, Global Comp Pulse Surveys, Global Compensation Job Leveling, Rewards & Recognition)
Provide global compensation support for the salary survey submission and year-end analysis process, annual incentive administration, US hourly merit administration, and/or other compensation processes
Coordinate and administer the payment of retention and special one-time incentive payments
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Handle all aspects of new hire relocations, internal moves requiring relocation, including immigration, repatriations upon completion of assignment, arrangement for tax consultants, shipping companies, relocation firms, etc..., and conduct pre and post assignment briefings
Work with Staffing and HR Partners to maintain an up-to-date forecast of global mobility needs including providing cost estimates to HR Partners
Partner with the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation & Global Mobility to strengthen the visibility of all global mobility programs and be a stronger strategic partner to HR and the business (i.e. Tracking metrics, evaluating current programs vs. external best practices)
Collaborate with Regional Human Resources and Total Reward Leaders on tax, equity, immigration, social security, and payroll compliance for countries
Coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors
Coordinate with global and local HR and Finance to determine individual transferee packages, proper cross-charge of expenses and document packages in mobility agreements
Ensure plans are operated in accordance with our internal control procedures

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Requires prior professional Compensation, Global Mobility or Finance experience.
Excellent judgment & decision-making ability; possess sensitivity to viewing/analyzing confidential information
Coordinate effectively with internal departments including Legal, Treasury, Finance, & Payroll as needed
Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals, listen carefully and understand various points of view
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills, including the ability to effectively respond to Business Leaders and expatriates with tact and diplomacy

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. With 3 or more years of compensation, external reporting, detailed financial or global mobility experience
CCP, PHR SPHR, GPHR certification, a plus
Understanding of HR issues and Employment law, Global Mobility and statutory entitlements for locations within cross border transferees is preferred
Possess a working knowledge of immigration requirements and relocation of employees - specifically understanding domestic (US) and international relocation activity, and international tax issues, compensation and payroll processes is preferred
