Lead the design, implementation and administration of the compensation and benefits program; design and launch competitive reward and recognition programs. Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs to include health plans, open enrollment, retirement plans, leave administration, communication, employee assistance program (EAP) and other employee related benefits.
Research innovative compensation methodology, industry trends and technology to benchmark against company practices; analyze appropriate salary and wage survey information
Partner with finance and accounting leaders to ensure accurate estimates, forecasts and calculation of compensation and benefit expense for budget planning and tracking; develop fiscal year budgets, performance standards and metrics to optimize use of company resources
Negotiate with vendor or administrator for renewal - Manage vendor relationships to ensure programs are in compliance with all regulatory agencies and annual testing requirements related to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, IRS, DOL and all other regulatory agencies. Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws related to benefits and reports/recommends changes to leadership.
