We're looking for a smart, hard-working and motivated team player to join our Compensation group at Altria as a Stock Plan Administrator in Richmond, VA. A successful candidate will be ready to take our Plan administration to the next level and support executive and client compensation work. You will help shape our administration of executive compensation programs and be a critical member of the Compensation team.
You will... * Manage all end-to-end activities for Altria's equity programs. This includes Restricted Stock Units and Performance Stock Units, dividend payments, guide and agreement updates, annual grants and releases, data audits, and activities in between,
Provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Legal and HR teams. You will work closely with internal and external resources and vendors to ensure administration of our processes and programs are handled in accordance with plan requirements and timelines,
Participate in the annual management incentive and equity planning processes, which may include creating and updating complicated Excel spreadsheets, maintaining the online compensation planning module, supporting our client analysts in their executive meetings and helping review and edit Compensation Committee materials,
Develop presentation and education materials to enhance our participant engagement,
Research and analyze programs, processes and procedures to make recommendations and improvements,
Provide customer support and timely resolution to issues,
Regularly document practices, procedures and agreements,
Complete executive compensation and equity surveys, and
Complete additional duties and projects as assigned. Your Critical Skills and Abilities:* Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity. Additional Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Experience managing an equity administration system, such as UBS administration platform/Solium Express Options is desirable.
Attainment of a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation, or working towards designation is a plus.
