Responsible for planning, design, administration, and communication of workforce compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that all programs support the organization's strategic and tactical objectives, and that programs and practice are compliant with applicable law and regulation.
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in benefits administration is required. Prior experience in compensation administration is strongly preferred.
Experience in a high-performing organization and/or a high-performance consulting firm is preferred.
Master’s Degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required.
Health Quest was formed through an affiliation of three local hospitals: Northern Dutchess Hospital (Rhinebeck, NY), Putnam Hospital Center (Carmel, NY) and Vassar Brothers Medical Center (Poughkeepsie, NY).
