The Sales Operations Analyst II compiles, distributes, and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports. The Analyst prepares and reviews analysis of billing and sales retention activities. They obtain and query data from several databases and monitor headcount and expenses. The Analyst calculates bonus spiff programs and works with Finance to forecast revenue trending. They work with management to develop sales goals (quotas) and communicate with other departments including Finance and Marketing.
Calculate quotas for the US Sales Teams
Handle quota questions
Work with management to resolve quota issues/questions
Provide ad hoc reports and data warehouse reporting
Maintain and track bonus performance
Submit bonus calculation to Finance
Work with management, Billing, Sales and Customer Service to resolve and/or escalate commission issues
Forecast revenue trends in conjunction with Finance
Administrative tasks such as reporting book collating, responding to sales inquiries, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline (or equivalent experience and training)
3 years of experience in analysis, systems training, and sales support
Experience in reporting, tracking, analyzing revenue and obtaining information from multiple different data sources
Quota and Sales Ops training experience is highly desirable
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
Knowledge of building sales targets (quotas)
Ability to maintain composure in stressful environments
The skill to effectively communicate electronically, by phone, and in person
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Able to identify best practices and areas for improvement
