The successful candidate will manage the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team. The team is responsible for programs and consultation to stakeholders across the Company to optimize effectiveness of business initiatives, organizational design, individual and team performance, stakeholder engagement and business readiness plans.
He/she will work with Human Resources (HR) Business Partners, executives, and managers to identify opportunities to improve performance and ensure success on key enterprise objectives and goals. This position will consult in the design and development of key critical organization effectiveness projects that have enterprise-wide impacts to programs, policies, and processes.
Provides strategic internal organizational development and effectiveness consulting services on a routine basis to executives and managers at an organizational unit and/or Company level, diagnosing organization effectiveness and implementing appropriate change solutions.
Develops strategies, manages departmental resources and directs the activities of the organizational development staff to design and implement organization development, organization design, process improvement and change management initiatives with major financial or operational impacts to the Company.
Identifies and implements best practices and/or innovative solutions to complex problems.
Collaborates with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and external vendors to assess organizational development needs, develop solutions for critical enterprise level initiatives and provide support for solution implementation.
Advises executives and managers on performance measurement/management tools and methods and provides consulting support to increase productivity and efficiency.
Provides coaching, facilitation of organization development, and team effectiveness services to HR Business Partners and management to implement organizational development initiatives.
Manages on-going measurement and diagnosis of organizational effectiveness.
Designs change management strategies and plans for large-scale change efforts and develops metrics and dashboards for change management processes and initiatives.
Measures and reports on employee readiness for major change initiatives and identifies solutions to promote engagement and acceptance for organizational change.
Designs and develops stakeholder engagement plans for major change projects. Designs and develops training in support of major change initiatives.
Oversees the assessment of risk associated with major change initiatives at the organizational unit and Company level and implements actions to mitigate negative impacts.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
