- Takes leadership role in administering and regularly reviewing and updating employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide with a focus on US. Benefit programs include: 401 (k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/vision, income protection/ life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, workers' compensation, leave of absence/ FMLA + CFRA/ no e-time/ paper-process and WFN, Flexible Spending (Section 125), Health Savings Account (HSA). - Ensures plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed. - Acts as point of contact for HR Operations and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. - Oversees and owns global benefits-related SOPs, acts as an internal consultant for benefits-related questions. - Supports the annual compensation review process and acts as a Compensation Specialist for Americas in close collaboration with global Compensation Specialists.
- Business degree and benefits-related certification, e.g. World@work CBP. - Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on US Benefits Programs. - Demonstrated knowledge of 401 (k) retirement plans and health, dental and vision plans. - Experience in the administration of such programs. - Experience in ADP Workforce Now and SAP HR is a plus. - International work experience is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills. - Experienced in time and project management. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Willingness to travel (~ 5 %).
