Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Total Compensation Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic-level compensation consulting and project management services for system initiatives specific to competitive pay programs and the pay for performance philosophy at Baylor. This position monitors compensation trends and best practices in the external market and then partners with HR and business leadership to enhance Baylor’s pay programs and competitive position.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7+ years of progressively responsible experience
Understanding of best practices in compensation trends
