Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the team. You will be a strategic partner to designated business units, aligning business objectives with staff and management goals. Serving as a consultant to management, you will develop integrated solutions by communicating needs proactively with the HR department. The HR Business Partner will maintain an effective level of literacy about the business unit’s financial position, as well as its mid-range plans, culture and competition.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience
5+ years of progressively responsible experience
Ability to assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively within the HR department and partner with leadership in the delivery of HR services
Ability to conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
Knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance related to day-to-day management of employees
