Work you’ll do
As a Consultant for the DHRM team, you will use your knowledge and experience of Compensation Management, Consulting, and Organizational design to optimize business results through the alignment of HR service delivery and strategy by:
- Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your customers
- Finding deep satisfaction in an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
- Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with agency HR and leadership team that will contribute to your growth and development
The incumbent will take an active role in formulating state-of-the art approach to total compensation management and workforce planning to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices and structures that balance risk and reward. The individual will work directly with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic salary model and to assist, as required, in variable incentive compensation plan design consultation. The position will also be responsible for components such as the strategy, design, policies, guidelines, and operationalization of a key concept critical to the foundation of a specific compensation program. Works to gain alignment with different constituencies and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate should be results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
