UConn Health, an internationally recognized clinical, academic, and research excellence is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Vice President of Talent Management. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the AVP of Talent Management will lead the efforts to establish a fully integrated talent management model for UConn Health. Areas of oversight include Organizational and Staff Development, Talent Acquisition, Client Services Management, HR Consulting, and the Creative Child Center.
The successful candidate will hold a Masters' degree from an accredited institution in the field of Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or a related field from an accredited institution. Ten  years human resources experience in a healthcare and/or an academic environment. Five  years HR management experience at the director level in a hospital or large healthcare organization managing multiple HR functions including staff training and development, recruitment, performance management, and a team of HR generalist. Two to three [2-3] years pervious work experience in a HR talent management delivery environment.
