Freeman is seeking a Sr. Executive Compensation Analyst to work with the Compensation and Total Rewards leaders to develop, modify and administer global executive compensation programs that attract, motivate and reward executives across the company. Analyzes and administers base pay, short term incentives, long term incentives, and deferred compensation initiatives as appropriate based on company specific requirements and global regulations.
Analyze executive compensation practices and work closely with the Total Rewards leadership team to evaluate and implement appropriate compensation strategies.
Develop and analyze short term incentives including incentive and sales plans. Work closely with appropriate leaders across the company to evaluate plans and ensure effective and appropriate results.
Analyze base pay for the executive team and determine appropriate ranges, grade, and level.
Develop career paths for teams as needed or as reorganizations occur.
Analyze and administer long term incentives including, but not limited to, cash long term incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, modified incentive plans, and salary continuation plans.
Ensure that the total compensation philosophy for the executives is appropriate and enable the attraction, retention and motivation of the right behaviors.
Collaborate with compensation, benefits, and broader colleagues across Freeman globally.
Conduct compensation benchmarking ensure the competitive analysis of compensation programs are in line with the overall total rewards philosophy. Create in-depth benchmarking reports and analysis to provide compensation recommendations to HR leadership and senior management.
Participate in the year-end bonus and merit process. Evaluate pay decisions relative to individual and company, division, or branch performance.
Develop costing models to create “what if” decision-making scenarios,
Provide guidance and consultation to leaders and human resource professionals in all areas of executive compensation.
Conduct research as needed to support the Compensation team in solving complex compensation-related issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint skills.
Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a compensation analyst.
Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, implement, and administer compensation programs.
Working knowledge of base pay, short term incentive, long term incentive, and other executive compensation programs, benefits programs, and broader HR policies and processes is required.
Knowledge of compensation governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven quantitative/analytical skills.
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, and organizational skills.
Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Proven oral and written communication skills including the ability to provide data and updates on complex topics in simple, easy to understand terms.
Sensitivity in working with confidential information.
