This person will have an opportunity to work with managers, HR business partners, and others to handle day-to-day compensation issues, help with job descriptions, salary surveys, pricing of jobs, and more. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Assist in the administration of total compensation plans including base and variable pay.
Interface with business partners regarding compensation policies, practices and communications.
Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis of new and updated positions to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Complete and submit salary surveys and utilize the results to develop and update external salary offers, salary structures, equity studies, etc.
Assist in determining FLSA classification status to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and documentation as required.
Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review process.
Provide recommendations to resolve compensation related issues.
Develop, review and update job descriptions.
Assist in providing annual compensation program and system training for Human Resources and organization leaders.
Provide input to enhance existing processes or to establish processes for new programs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years compensation experience.
Proficient Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Strong analytical, organization, customer service, and oral and written communication skills.
Must be extremely detail oriented and work well in a team environment.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee and company information.
Experience using HRIS systems; ADP a plus
