The Sales Compensation Manager will be the point of contact for the sales organization. The Sales Compensation Manager will work with the HR Partners & DOC leaders to analyze sales trends in the market and design a compensation model. This position can be located in Princeton, NJ or Burlington, NC. Relocation Assistance provided.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Direct management of relationship and partnering with senior sales leadership regarding commission-based plans.
Lead the overall program management and administration of sales commission-based plans.
Manage and monitor sales goal achievement-based accruals.
Conduct research and analysis on compensation proposals regarding sales plan design and other compensation trends.
Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related variable pay projects as identified by management.
Ensure the accurate and timely payouts of all commissions earned via the Covance Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
Oversee the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process.
Work with the LabCorp internal audit team in completing the annual review of all Sales Incentive Compensation payouts.
Complete all annual sales incentive compensation surveys.
Assist the recruiting team with commercial team employment offers on an as needed basis.
Actively participate in the annual UAT Process ensuring the accurate processing of all bonuses and merit adjustments.
Developing the annual salary structures for the sales group
Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of HR experience , with seasoned variable pay program-related discipline.
Sales Experience required.
World at Work professional designation is a huge plus.
