Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation and/or compensation-related functions preferred.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Demonstrated successful experience in compensation planning and analysis, associated regulatory compliance, and competitive pay assessment.
Proven accomplishment in interpersonal communication as well as analytical and organizational skills.
Additional Salary Information: Starting pay for this position is $65,000 annually or higher based on qualifications and experience. A competitive leave and benefits package is included!
