This position is responsible of the development, design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, in order to attract, retain, motivate and reward talented team members for all Palmetto Health jobs, and to ensure wage and salary programs are consistent with organizational business goals and strategies. To serve as a lead and resource within the compensation team. To conduct job documentation and analysis and perform market analysis. To provide expert consultative services to organizational leadership and serve as subject matter knowledge expert. To provide advanced financial and statistical modeling to support recommendations.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field with five (5) years of compensation experience or Master’s degree plus three (3) years of compensation experience preferably in healthcare.
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Certified Compensation Professional preferred.
