Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs and policies.
Purpose & Scope:
Breadth – Global / Total Xerox
Engagement – Interacts directly with entire global compensation team; frequently interacts with other HR professionals including HR Business Partners and HR Operations; interacts regularly with Finance and other functional subject-matter-expert; frequent project team member.
Complexity – Able to provide recommendations on a diverse array of complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions; uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices; can complete analysis of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends; recognized as an expert in own function.

Consult and collaborate with members of the Center of Expertise, HR, and business to explore problems, resolve issues, or offer solutions on matters related to compensation.
Support implementation of compensation management tools to improve administration; maximize utilization and optimization of tools and techniques.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and other professionals regarding compensation delivery and administration, procedures/policies, and communications.
Interface with HRIT on compensation related systems, data requirements, and productivity tools.
Support enterprise-wide (global) compensation process productivity and effectiveness, in concert with other initiatives, through process simplification, common design, and the utilization of direct access and decision support tools and enablers.
Consult and help manage the implementation of unique business segment compensation strategy, program design and delivery.
Minimum - Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five or more years of compensation experience.
Technically strong, able to act as a subject matter expert and possess the ability to advise and constructively challenge the business in compensation related matters.
Global experience; direct involvement with compensation management in the United States; understanding of how compensation decisions can impact employees on a global basis
Strong critical thinker and problem solver
Highly analytical, ability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner; able to synthesize large amounts of data to provide proper strategic direction
