The Sr. Analyst – Compensation and Global Mobility will leading the administration of regulatory reporting & compliance efforts, internal special incentive based programs and support various critical compensation processes throughout the cycle. In addition, this individual will manage the human resource aspects of mobility, serving as the primary contact for inbound and outbound moves, including internal transfers and new hires, seeing all relocation's through from start to finish. The Global Mobility Manager will also have accountability for management of all related mobility programs, and act as a consultant to regions.
Leader for execution and documentation of annual CD&A disclosure.
Manage the ongoing administration and payment of retention and special one-time payments.
Manage the external vendor relation with our Equity grant database, reconcile all activity and coordinate special events with Legal and the Sr. Director, Total Rewards
Support for the salary survey submission and analysis process, annual incentive administration, US hourly merit administration, and other compensation processes as deemed necessary
Provide support in preparation and presentation of materials to the Compensation Committee.
Handle all aspects of new hire relocations, internal moves requiring relocation, including immigration, arrangement for tax consultants, shipping companies, relocation firms, etc..., and conduct pre and post assignment briefings.
Develop and improve programs, policies and administration of mobility processes based on best practices to meet business needs.
Provide mobility-related expertise, consultation and cost estimates to HR partners and other key stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise on tax, equity, immigration, social security, and payroll compliance for countries, partnering with Regional Human Resources and Total Reward Leaders.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors.
Maintain necessary marketing materials to promote mobility.
Work with Staffing and HR Partners to maintain an up-to-date forecast of global mobility needs.
Coordinate with global and local HR and Finance to determine individual transferee packages and documents packages in mobility agreements.
Work with Finance and local HR to ensure the proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers
Maintain and improve the process of tracking transfers (including home leaves) and produces metrics for key stakeholders, ensuring the cost effectiveness of the mobility programs.
Handle repatriations upon completion of assignment.
Ensure plans are operated in accordance with our internal control procedures

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Requires prior professional HR, Compensation, or Benefits experience. Additionally, prior administrative experience in payroll, finance, or related field may be preferable.
Excellent judgment & decision-making ability; Manage confidential/sensitive information
Coordinate effectively with internal departments including Legal, Treasury, Finance, & Payroll as needed
Possess a working knowledge of immigration requirements and relocation of employees - specifically understanding domestic (US) and international relocation activity, and international tax issues, compensation and payroll processes.
Understanding of HR issues and Employment law, Benefits and statutory entitlements for locations within cross border transferees; partnering with legal where necessary
Strong organization and time management skills

Must have excellent written and oral communications skills required, including the ability to effectively respond to Senior Leaders and expatriates with tact and diplomacy
