Senior Manager/ Director, Total Rewards

Responsible for the planning, development, and execution of all SYNNEX North America Total Rewards programs. Also, responsible for developing and maintaining equitable compensation and benefits structure for Hyve Solutions UK, China and Taiwan locations. Execute the company’s Total Rewards vision and strategy which support the Company’s short-and long-term business objectives
Oversee strategy and design of benefits including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness plans
Oversee all annual TR processes including planning and delivery of annual compensation review, annual equity grant process, annual Profit Sharing program, benefits annual renewal process and Open Enrollment
Maintains relationships with plan brokers, third party administrators, and investment advisors
Partner with HRIS on the creation, testing and maintenance of Compensation and Benefits system requirements and data integrity
Partner with Business Operations in the design and delivery of variable pay plans for the NA Sales organization
Oversee the research and analysis of salary market data to deliver creative compensation strategies and solutions which support the existing and emerging business needs
Monitor regulatory compliance and audits (Federal, State, Local) to ensure compliance is maintained and, if needed, respond to audit and regulatory inquiries
Oversee company-wide recognition plans such as the President’s Club and Founders Award programs and Service Award Programs
Oversee the company wellness plan, communications, and annual Health Fairs
Direct the quarterly and semi-annual promotion processes. Provides analysis and compensation recommendations to the Executive Committee
Advise the Talent Acquisition team regarding appropriate and internally equitable job offers
Collaborate on compensation and benefits matters on company acquisitions as required
Manage and coach a staff of 3 related to their work performance and career development and liaise directly with Canadian compensation support
Oversee various annual compensation or market analyses as required
What makes you a bestseller?
BA degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 10+ years of progression in TR, compensation, benefits and HRIS experience or related experience. CCP, CBP preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of management experience
Experience developing and implementing a variety of pay structures and benefit plans
Strong understanding of the high-tech or distribution marketplace
Thorough knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws
Demonstrated understanding of M/S Office and expert level Excel skills
Excellent consulting and communication skills
Ability to coach, counsel and influence senior level managers and executives
Ability to work in an intense, highly dynamic work environment
High degree of flexibility and creativity, organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in standard office setting, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding
Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training
