The ideal candidate will possess progressive corporate and consulting experience in the discipline of compensation programs and management. Experience in sales compensation is a plus.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in compensation.
- Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
Basic computer skills in word processing, email, and presentations. Must possess high to expert level knowledge of Excel / spreadsheets and ability to analyze and interpret data.
Ability to read, analyze, & interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, & procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, & the general public.
Mathematical Skills and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability & statistical inference, & fundaments of plane & solid geometry & trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, & proportions to practical situations.
