The Vice President, Total Rewards is a newly created position that will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources at a leading entertainment technology company. With complete autonomy, he/she will lead and develop a team of 7 through 2 direct reports consisting of the Director, Payroll and Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. He/she will have oversight of Global Compensation (salaries, STIP, LTIP, commission plans), Benefits (health and perquisites), Payroll, HRIS, Rewards and Recognition programs and Expatriate packages.
The VP, Total Rewards is responsible for the development, implementation, communication and on-going administration of a competitive and scalable total rewards strategy for this global business for all levels up to and including Executives. The VP, Total Rewards will ensure the best possible systems, vendor relationships and processes are in place provide a competitive advantage that helps facilitate the overall vision for the company.

Responsible for the annual compensation review cycle, group health and benefit plans and their administration, job analysis, evaluation, surveys, etc.
Responsible for the full cycle of global international assignments (Expatriates). Includes package creation, ongoing oversight, tax coordination, transaction and vendor management, etc.
Contribute to HR/compensation and benefits related compliance, governance, and fiduciary activities, including Proxy preparation, SEC disclosures, IRS and other government mandated requirements.
Oversee the development and management of the HR departmental budget, audits and controls working collaboratively with the Finance, Tax and Audit teams as required.
Provide business partnership, subject matter expertise and internal consulting to employees, executives and the HR Business Partner Team.
The ideal candidate will possess a University degree in business administration ideally paired with a Masters degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in a global public company. Professional designations, preferably CCP and/or CEBS are ideal.
Possesses deep technical experience designing, developing and leading all aspects of a comprehensive global total rewards program and team (I.e. executive compensation, administering benefits in different countries, LTIP, rewards and recognition programs, HRIS and payroll systems, recordkeeping, legislative, audit and tax implications, etc.).
He/she has a deep understanding of emerging global and industry trends. He/she seeks, finds and applies simple, practical solutions with the ability to lead through change.
