We are seeking consultants with established clientele who could benefit from the use of our applications, Performance Pro and Compease. An ideal consulting partner will have experience with compensation analysis, various pay practices, and performance management principles. The applications can be integrated with any payroll/HRIS/HCMS application that your clients use.
The use of our applications does not cannibalize your consulting opportunities, it automates and expands them. You will be able to increase the revenue potential for each client beyond a single engagement you will incorporate the implementation of our applications into your engagement to streamline your services and increase your ability to manage more client relationships.
The ongoing use of our applications creates an opportunity for you to maintain a long-term relationship with each client. The best part is that you will qualify for a revenue share from the first-year fees as well as the annual renewal fees, creating a residual revenue stream that will supplement the fees of your normal consultative service, which you will still provide

HR Performance Solutions compensation professionals gather salary information from a wide variety of leading compensation survey and data providers and build a custom system for each client that factors individual position responsibilities, location, size and industry.
Consultant performs onsite implementations of Compease, conducting individual meetings to discuss job evaluations with clients. Consultant conducts re-evaluation of Compease systems for existing clients, including system re-evaluation and telephone discussion over job evaluation changes. Consultant coordinates with the Compease team to provide needed technical and consultative support to clients.
Performance Pro is a fully customizable online performance management system designed by HR experts to eliminate the hassles associated with any aspects of employee performance, from agile check-ins to formal evaluations. It provides an effective, flexible and user-friendly solution to achieve individual, group, and organizational performance objectives. Across all industries, only 13% of employees and managers feel that their performance appraisal system is useful. Why? Most systems are time-consuming to use, difficult to administer, too subjective, and lack important features. Performance Pro is used by more than 150,000 professionals across all industries.
Consultants assess the performance management needs of the client organization and coordinate with the Performance Pro team to configure the application with the features and functionality that will accommodate the client's needs. Consultant conducts any soft skills training of managers and employees to support the development of the desired culture, supported by the use of the application. Consultant coordinates with the Performance Pro team to provide needed technical and consultative support to clients.
