The primary function of this role includes the day-to-day analysis and administration needs of the Total Rewards team. This position also provides, analytical and compliance support to the Company’s global HR staff.
Assist in the preparation of compensation survey data submissions.
Assist with market data requests.
Work with Compensation Manager on quarterly reporting: bonus accrual, sales incentives, company compensation analyses, etc.
Assist Compensation Manager during the global year-end compensation process.
Keep aware of general compensation trends through review of the literature (e.g., World at Work, HR Magazine, survey results, internet sites, etc.).
Assist with administration of Equity Program (e.g., run a variety of regularly requested and ad hoc reports; present data in concise, readable formats).
Assist with administration of Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Research equity plan participant / data questions.
Assist in the creation of communication materials.
Handle the day-to-day analysis and administration needs with respect to the Company's benefit plans as needed.
Assist with the administration of employee leaves.
Work with vendors responsible for plan administration.
Manage employee perks including gym and other discounts.
Reconcile and audit benefit plan data in Workday against data in vendor systems.
Participate in meetings, training and practice improvement with respect to Total Rewards team initiatives.
Collaborate on special projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience supporting mid-sized companies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant field.
Working knowledge of the Workday HRIS and Fidelity Equity Administration platforms preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
Ability to analyze, manipulate, make observations about, and present data.
Knowledge/experience with benefits enrollment/administration system (e.g., Workday or Peoplesoft).
Knowledge of leave practices with an emphasis on CA and NY state mandated benefits.
Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and learn independently.
Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.
Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and other employees.
