Our Compensation Manager is responsible for planning and executing the strategic vision for CCS’ compensation programs. This is a terrific opportunity to join a fast-growing national company and become a key member of the Human Resources leadership team.
Supporting a Total Rewards Strategy, this hands-on position will manage the evaluation, design, and administration of multiple compensation programs including: compensation compliance initiatives, incentive plan administration, performing internal/external marketplace analyses, annual merit process, job analysis, job descriptions,Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Service Contract Act (SCA) administration, and other related programs. This position will insure that all pay practices and job classifications are legally compliant as well as insure leadership is kept abreast of potential federal law changes.
8-10 years of experience in human resources with at least 3-5 years in a Compensation role.
Experience with design and implementation of a formal compensation plan preferred. Knowledge of federal contractor compensation requirements preferred.
