The primary focus of this Human Resources Administrator will be to administer benefits, compensation, wellness, leave and Workers' Compensation . It reports to the Human Resources Director and interacts with department heads, elected officials, Town employees, and the general public.
Minimum requirements for the Human Resources Administrator are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; and
Considerable human resources experience; or
Any combination of education, experience, special qualifications and training that provide the equivalent scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Additional Salary Information: This is an exempt position (not eligible for overtime).
