The Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits supports the forward-deployed Pratt & Whitney workforce, in over 30 countries around the world, including but not limited to Pratt & Whitney Global Support Services and International Assignees.
In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and division leadership to execute a high-reaching total rewards strategy. In addition, you will work closely with UTC Total Rewards to execute company-wide global compensation projects.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of compensation and benefits programs for Pratt & Whitney Global Support Services and International Assignees (~400 employees)
Lead international benefits and compensation programs for assigned organizations, work to harmonize and streamline plans where applicable within UTC and Pratt & Whitney total rewards strategy while ensuring 100% compliance with local employment regulations
We need you to partner with HR leadership and PW Global Mobility to design, implement, and administer Corporate and BU compensation and benefit programs including but not limited to fixed compensation (base pay, allowance programs), variable compensation (bonus programs), reward and recognition (spot awards, service awards)
Develop materials to communicate Corporate and BU compensation, benefits, and global performance management structure and philosophy
Base salary administration – responsible for handling annual merit program for designated organizations
Work with Corporate and BUs to develop country-level merit budgets. Communicate and train HR and Managers on timeline, process, tools, and philosophy
Update standard work as needed
Conduct external market analysis, compression/internal equity analysis, review/recommend off-cycle market adjustments, promotion and new hire offers
Job evaluations – perform job analysis/evaluations to figure out appropriate global job level, administer UTC global job code structure, maintain compliance with local requirements, internal and cross-BU calibration
Benefits administration – coordinate and liaise with Corporate and BU benefits resources on resolving benefits issues/inquiries for assigned populations
Support P&W Global Expansion activities related to benefits setup and delivery
Other total rewards projects – support other total rewards programs and projects for designated organizations including but not limited to: Rest of World job mapping, salary structure development, expanded market pricing, global survey participation/coordination, implementation of global market pricing tool, implementation of future Workday events
Support non-U.S. merger and acquisition activity related to Total Rewards as needed
Bachelor degree with 7+ years global compensation and total rewards experience or Master Degree with 5 + years of experience in global compensation and total rewards experience
US Person due to program requirements (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder)
Previous experience with Global F500 organization, manufacturing, aerospace, defense and/or high-tech/engineering
Proficiency with global HR and payroll systems such as Workday and ADP Global View
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) highly preferred
