What you’ll get to do:
The Director of Total Rewards role will integrate and lead the company’s Compensation and Benefits functions, which had previously been led separately. Year one areas of focus will include:
•Assessing the efficacy of our current programs and constructing a business case & change management plan for recommended adjustments; •Delivering Operational Excellence across Total Rewards and within each component, identify incremental value and administrative efficiencies; and •Identifying the optimal org design, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring that capabilities exist within the function to deliver on key initiatives and financial objectives.
This position will reside at the corporate office in Irving, Texas. Our corporate office supports the Lehigh Hanson plants in North America and offers a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(k) savings plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and employee purchase program. The Experience and Credentials that are vital:
•Bachelor's degree with professional certifications.
