Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration, development and implementation of the compensation programs for St. Cloud Hospital and other CentraCare Health facilities. Work is performed in an environment focusing on customer service.
Manages the job descriptions by reviewing new and revised job descriptions, maintaining the descriptions, communicating changes to appropriate personnel, analyzing for potential market data changes and maintaining Joint Commission compliance.
Runs reports and performs analysis of the market data by compiling internal and external data and preparing cost analysis.
Researches and makes recommendations regarding compensation issues including promotions, demotions, internal equity, and hiring guidelines and supports the compensation function by preparing compensation communication, scheduling meetings, etc.
Works with recruiters to set pay for new hires and internal transfers.
