Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Analyst. This position is based out of our Harrisburg, PA office.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for job analysis, pay data collection and evaluation, creating and maintain pay structures and establishing job classifications. Other duties include providing data-driven consulting services to leadership in order to make informed decisions regarding employee pay; and fostering a compensation culture that complies with all local, state, and federal applicable statutes and regulations, including Keystone’s policies, procedures and standard practices.
Candidate should have thorough knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, functional knowledge of statistics, as applied to a business environment, is preferred. Exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing and ability to read, interpret and apply written information. Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of computer software and other web based systems.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a compensation position or related area. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required. Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or related certification preferred.
