Senior Compensation Analyst
Under the direction of the Compensation Manager, the Senior Compensation Analyst administers and implements compensation programs, initiatives and activities. Serves as a project leader on compensation assignments or projects. Provides consultative services to HR Partners and HR Payroll Analysts, supervisors, managers, and administrators on a wide-range of compensation matters including selection of appropriate job descriptions, new hire offers, compensation strategy, utilization of overloads, reclassification's and internal promotions, internal/external benchmarking data, market adjustments, bonuses, job postings, compliance with legal regulations and university policies and procedures, etc. Responsibilities include overall job analysis and evaluation, wage and salary programs, and merit and performance management programs.
Graduate from an accredited university or college with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
5 to 7 years of Healthcare Human Resources and/or administrative support experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and HRMS System.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Fire and Safety Certification. (If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.)
