Due to growth, we are seeking a Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our HR team at our global corporate headquarters in Concordville, PA.

Under the direction of the Total Rewards Manager, this role will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Southco's Total Rewards programs, policies and procedures to support the organization’s strategy of attracting and retaining top talent. Consults with internal stakeholders regarding Total Rewards policies and procedures, program communications and training, program metrics, survey management, and reporting and analytics.
Works with the Total Rewards Manager to ensures Total Rewards programs are competitive, controls costs by managing program design, and streamlines processes/systems necessary for sustainable programs. Partners with business unit HR teams and management to develop, revise and audit the salary structures for hourly, salaried, and management positions (including appropriate title, salary grade, pay level, job code, EEO and FLSA classification, etc
Partners with the HR Development team to design and develop functional reports and metrics. Reviews and analyzes information to identify market trends and develop/implement functional improvements, escalating issues and proposed solutions as appropriate. Leads the management of compliance programs, internal audits, external audits, and government audits.
Collects and analyzes competitive salary information to determine company’s market relationship using automated compensation pricing tools; participates in compensation studies, market surveys, data reporting, and related activities as needed. Translates data and metrics about company's compensation policies to prepare recommendations for strategic decision making

Demonstrated consultative skills using analytics to prepare communications for various management groups. • Comprehensive Total Rewards knowledge – demonstrated knowledge of theories and practices and ability to use in complex, difficult and/or unprecedented situation • Experience working in a multi-national organization preferred • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and a willingness to acquire and apply knowledge of innovative Total Rewards programs. • 5+ years in Human Resources required. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or HR Management required
CCP or CBP certification preferred • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and a willingness to acquire and apply knowledge of innovative Total Rewards programs
