As the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you lead the global design, implementation and administration of the compensation and benefits function with the goal of attracting, retaining and motivating world-class talent. As part of the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to build a function and team capable of delivering on a total rewards strategy for a high growth fashion apparel brand and retailer with 85 stores throughout North America and expanding globally. With 2500+ employees and $700+ million in sales the company completed its IPO in 2016, making it an omni-channel, global retailer with a relentless focus on world class customer experience, product quality, and exclusive brand and product innovation. Your impact in this role:
Lead all compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures
Oversee development of a rewards strategy based on industry best practices and trends and performing analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs
Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic vision and objectives
Provide consultation to Talent Management partners and business leaders
Lead Compensation & Benefits Team with 4 direct reports

As a seasoned professional and a top-rated specialist, you are a driver of innovation and a subject matter expert with a history of successfully creating and implementing the latest and greatest best practices in your field. You use your experience to drive business results through inspirational and effective leadership of your team and as an entrepreneur, you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
In addition, you have:
7+ years’ experience within Compensation with leadership experience; retail experience an asset, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s and/or CCP/SHRM/HRCI preferred
Demonstrated experience in compensation plan design and implementation with a proven ability to improve programs and practices to support business goals
Proficient with Excel and analysis
