General Position Summary/Purpose: This position provides analytical, training & tactical consultations to the Total Rewards function, and drives our job evaluation and grading process within the set framework. Key to this position's success will be ensuring all compensation decisions and initiatives are executed and aligned with our company Talent Philosophy, Total Rewards policy framework and the financial objectives and values and partner with our BHR team and business leaders.
