The Sr. Compensation Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering compensation programs independently. The consultant works collaboratively with partners to ensure the compensation program supports and is aligned with both short- and long-term organizational objectives. Ensures compensation programs comply with applicable regulations and policies and assists with strategic compensation initiatives.
Evaluates compensation processes and systems and implements improvements.
Trains HR partners on compensation policies and practices.
Participates in and analyzes results from salary surveys to assess market competitiveness.
Performs market and equity analysis of positions to assess salaries.
Determines proper classifications of new and existing positions.
Performs job evaluations and provides salary recommendations.
Works with partners and leaders to provide staff with job structure.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years relevant experience.
