Director, National Compensation
In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s national compensation function for the Northwest, Mid-Atlantic, Washington, Georgia, and Colorado regions. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Leaders, and the business to ensure that the compensation function is supporting the business and talent strategies in each region. Top performers are good leaders who can listen to business needs and generate options that both support their needs and the broader compensation philosophy. We strive to be a top performing group in a large organization. Kaiser Permanente is changing swiftly and supports large-scale and rapid movement. You will need to be agile and work multiple issues at any given time. We work hard and have a lot of fun working together. As a large organization, there are many opportunities for advancement and movement within the organization.
You will be responsible for supporting all regions outside of California except for Hawaii. You’ll be able to work from any of these regions and travel will be necessary. Generally, business hours are set but there is some flexibility.
Deep Comp background
Experience managing in a matrix environment
Previous consulting experience (HR consulting or big 5)
Experience managing remote teams and remote clients
An understanding business problems and creating solutions regarding total rewards
The ability to work closely with HR partners to align the total rewards and talent strategy
