Experience and expertise in supporting Executive & Sales Incentive Compensation administration. 3. Hands on experience with end-to-end processing and reporting for accounting and finance relative to compensation. 4. Highly proficient in HR Web-based technologies. 5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or similar analytical discipline. CCP, ACCP, CECP, CSCP, CBP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities: • Partner with the HR Business Partners and Finance Team to resolve compensation related issues and to elevate the level of compensation practices across the company. • Support Executive & Sales Incentive Compensation administration in partnership with Finance team • Ensure HRIS is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, incentive programs, etc. to effectively execute the company’s compensation strategy. • Perform data analysis that provides HR metrics and analytics to support strategic initiatives and ongoing continuous improvement. • Provide day to day support and expert advice to the HR Team to close job offers. • Design, test and implement compensation system changes and upgrades. • Drive the concept of continuous improvement within the team by measuring key metrics and analyzing key HR trends.
Compensation: A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonus.
