What's the Role?
The HR Compensation Analyst takes an active role in all aspects of designing and administering the company’s compensation programs. The HR Compensation Analyst will analyze jobs, design and administer a pay for performance program geared towards attracting top talent, driving business results, improving performance excellence, working directly with business leaders by aligning HR/Compensation strategies to maximize employee retention, and helping to promote our employment brand.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and help drive employee engagement in an energizing, unique environment. This role will be based in our Chicago offices.
Conducts analysis of jobs, hourly wages, salaries and incentives to evaluate internal equity and market competitiveness
Analyzes, designs, and administers employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs
Recommends and implements salary grades or market rates for specific jobs
Recommends annual salary increase budget
Participates/conducts market surveys
Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2-4 years of experience in a Compensation role required
Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills required
