The Compensation Analyst completes regular review of participation in the various pay programs and the financial impacts. This position reviews submissions and provides recommendation based on market data and/or internal equity. This role completes market surveys and updates the system. The Compensation Analyst maintains and updates pay structures, grids, and job descriptions. This role works with internal stakeholders to identify compensation issue proactively and provides recommendations on approaches.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of work experience in employment/recruitment, HRIS, compensation, financial/data analysis, or project analyst. Concentration in compensation, classification and salary administration desired. Work experience in a similarly large and complex organization preferred. Excellent analytical skills/applications and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others without formal authority. Ability to manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets in conjunction with critical thinking, to solve complex problems.
