The Compensation Analyst, under close supervision of the Compensation Manager, is an entry level position that supports in the administration of Total Rewards programs. The role ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Support Total Reward programs and day-to-day activities to include but not limited to:
Managing employee and job data in HRIS
Conducting job evaluations as assigned
Preparing and maintaining job descriptions
Processing compensation changes
Participating in submitting and extracting market survey data
Responding to and resolving compensation inquiries
Developing, documenting and updating compensation policies and business processes.
Assist in supporting department initiatives.
Data and Analytics
Ensure and report accurate employee data,
Work with HRIS and IT to ensure HRIS system(s) meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes in salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Lead on assigned projects / partner with HR, IT and payroll.
Prepare and manage data reporting, internal and external.
Participate and apply market surveys.
Maintain outside compensation vendor applications with accurate and updated information.
Analyze and report on Total Rewards programs.
Assist in preparation of presentations.
Create, maintain Excel reporting files and tools.
Identify, recommend and manage process improvements and actionable solutions.
Research and report on assigned compensation projects.
Annual Compensation Programs (Pay and Incentives)
Support planning process.
Assist in program design.
Assist in grade structure updates.
Update training materials.
Prepare and issue documents.
Update HRIS systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Leadership & Navigation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resources, or related field involving detailed analysis, interpretation of data, complex work assignments, project oversight
Microsoft Office Software – Experienced
Excel – Advanced User
HRIS – User Experience / Cloud Environment, preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), preferred
