United Health Services (UHS), the leading integrated healthcare system in New York’s Southern Tier region, has an exciting career opportunity for a Compensation Manager in Binghamton, NY.
In this role, you will lead the compensation function to ensure the compensation component of the Total Rewards strategy is implemented so that outcomes meet current and future business needs. Duties also include ensuring strategies are established within budget and comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. You will also design and implement compensation programs to meet objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include job evaluation, salary administration, incentive plans, recognition programs.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or related field, a functional knowledge of statistics as applied in a business environment preferred.
Minimum 7 years in the design, implementation, of compensation experience required.
Strong Excel skills are vital
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
