Provide comprehensive analytical support for the administration of compensation, corporate HR metrics and relocation programs.Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares market data reports for management review and consideration.Prepares and monitors merit and bonus budget processes. Ensures continuous improvement of processes and the Pella Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to improve our ability to attract, development and retain team members.Remains flexible to support business needs and ad hoc requests to cultivate competitive rewards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborates with HR professionals to develop employment offers for exempt and professional nonexempt, ensuring external competiveness, internal equity and adherence to budget guidelines in accordance with compensation policies.
Evaluate and approve new and/or revised job descriptions to determine job banding and ensuring FLSA compliance across the corporation.
Manage the exemplary bonus program.
Facilitate target band moves and subsequent deferred compensation plans enrollments and administration.
Participate and analyze various compensation surveys.
Support the annual merit process by testing HRIS processes, and implementing approved changes, testing, and letters.
Support factory wage scale review process and implementation.
Maintain complete data integrity, and above all, conduct business with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsible for annual setup, maintenance, & training for Oracle Compensation module.
Responsible for developing and communicating key HR metrics by extracting and visualization of data for analysis.
Must understand all data within the Pella HRIS (Oracle HCM).Responsible for building reports, mining for specific data, processing the data to generate dashboards, metrics, and effectively communicating to the business. Also responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement of the processes, tools, procedures and data integrity involved through engagement with business leaders.
Supports corporate and functional reporting needs by developing ad hoc metric reports.
Manage processes associated with relocation utilized across the organization
Manage the relocation vendor relationship, including corporate apartments.
Responsible for relocation ready-to-serve support, budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 0-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Finance and/or Accounting degree preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with PowerBI and HRIS (PeopleSoft & Oracle Fusion) preferred.
